1. About Our Products
Our products are made using 3D printing technology.
Because of this, natural characteristics such as:

visible print layer lines
-
light surface texture
-
small cosmetic variations
-
minor colour shade differences
may occur and are not considered defects.
Each item is unique and may differ slightly from product photos.
2. Gradient / Rainbow Filament Products
Some items are printed using gradient (rainbow) filament.
With this material:

colour transitions occur naturally along the filament
-
the order and placement of colours may vary
-
every item has a unique colour pattern
The colour layout on your item may not match the exact pattern shown in photos.
This is a natural characteristic of the material and is not a fault.
Specific colour placement cannot be guaranteed or requested.
3. Product Photos & Display
Product images are provided for illustration purposes.
Due to:

lighting
-
material variation
-
gradient filament transitions
colour tones and placement may vary between prints.
Such variation does not constitute a defect.
4. Age & Safety Information
Products marked 6+ are suitable for ages 6+ and are not intended for children under 6.
Products marked 14+ are collectible display decor items and are not toys.
Items are not designed for:

rough play
-
twisting or bending
-
dropping or impact
-
heat exposure or direct sunlight
-
handling by young children
-
pets
Damage resulting from any of the above is considered misuse and is not covered under our returns or warranty terms.
5. Order Processing & Production Time
Some items may be:

personalised / customised
Estimated dispatch times are provided as guidance and may vary depending on:

order volume

printing schedule

material availability
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where:

an item is unavailable
-
a pricing or listing error occurs

payment cannot be verified

abusive or fraudulent behaviour is detected
If an order is cancelled, a full refund will be issued.
6. Custom & Personalised Orders
Custom, personalised and made-to-order items are:

non-returnable

non-refundable
unless confirmed as damaged or faulty on delivery, in line with our Return & Refund Policy.
Customers are responsible for supplying correct spelling, names and personalisation details.
We are not responsible for errors provided by the customer.
7. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in GBP (£).
We reserve the right to:

update product prices

adjust shipping rates
-
modify availability
at any time without notice.
Orders are confirmed only once payment has been successfully processed.
8. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping methods and costs are shown at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:

postal or courier services
-
weather disruption
-
strikes or seasonal delays
-
incorrect or incomplete delivery details provided by the customer
Ownership transfers to the customer once the parcel is delivered to the address provided at checkout.
Customers are responsible for ensuring the delivery address is accurate.
9. Damage or Fault on Delivery — 48h Report Requirement
All items are inspected before dispatch.
If an item arrives damaged or faulty, it must be reported within 48 hours of delivery by email to:

This policy applies only to courier or manufacturing damage identified at delivery.
Claims made after 48 hours will be treated as damage occurring after delivery and will not be eligible for refund, replacement or compensation.
Do not return items without prior approval and a confirmed return address.
Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.
10. Returns & Refunds
Our Return & Refund Policy forms part of these Terms.
Eligible returns apply only to:

non-personalised

ready-made items
and must meet the conditions stated in our Returns Policy.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.
11. Intellectual Property
All designs, models, product images, descriptions and branding are the property of Fantasy 3D Gifts and may not be copied, reproduced, resold or commercially used without written permission.
Commercial resale of our products is not permitted unless previously agreed.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

misuse or rough handling

twisting or bending the item
-
dropping or accidental damage
-
heat or sunlight exposure
-
handling by young children
-
pets
-
cosmetic or surface variations resulting from 3D printing
-
variation in gradient / rainbow colour patterns
Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the original order.
This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
