3D Printing Characteristics

All of our items are made using 3D printing. Because of this, natural surface texture and visible print layer lines may be present.

These are normal characteristics of the manufacturing process and are not considered faults.

Colour shades may also vary slightly between material batches.
Each item is unique and may differ slightly from product photos.


🌈 Gradient / Rainbow Colour Disclaimer

Some of our items are printed using gradient (rainbow) filament.

With this material, colour transitions occur naturally along the filament, which means:

  • the order and placement of colours may vary between prints

  • each item will have a unique colour pattern

  • the colours on your item may not match the exact layout shown in product photos

This is a natural characteristic of gradient filament and is not considered a defect.

Specific colour positioning cannot be guaranteed or requested.


Change of Mind Returns

We accept returns for ready-made, non-personalised items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • the item must be unused

  • in original condition

  • securely packaged for return

The customer is responsible for return postage costs, unless the item was confirmed as faulty.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


Custom & Personalised Items

Custom, personalised or made-to-order items are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

This does not affect your statutory rights.


Age & Safety Information

Products marked 6+ are suitable for children aged 6+.

Products marked 14+ are collectible display decor items and are not toys.
They are not designed for rough play or handling.

Damage caused by:

  • dropping

  • bending or applying force

  • rough play

  • exposure to heat or sunlight

  • pets or child handling

is not covered under this policy.


Faulty or Damaged Items — 48h Report Requirement

All items are inspected before dispatch.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please email us at fantasy3dgifts@gmail.com and include:

  • your order number

  • clear photos of the product

  • photos of the packaging and shipping label

This policy applies only to courier or manufacturing damage identified at delivery.

Claims made after 48 hours will be treated as damage occurring after delivery and will not be eligible for refund, replacement or compensation.

Minor cosmetic marks or visible 3D print layer lines are not considered defects.


Do Not Return Items Without Authorisation

Items must not be returned to us without:

✔ prior contact
✔ our approval
✔ and a confirmed return address provided by us

Returns sent without prior authorisation and a confirmed return address will not be accepted and may be returned to the sender.


Items Damaged After Delivery

We cannot provide refunds or replacements for items damaged after delivery, including:

  • rough play or misuse

  • dropping or breakage

  • twisting or bending

  • exposure to heat or sunlight

  • accidental damage

  • handling by young children

  • pets

  • modification or alteration

  • normal wear & tear



Processing Refunds

Where a valid claim is accepted, we may offer:

  • a replacement, or

  • a repair, or

  • a refund (depending on stock availability)

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Shipping costs are not refundable unless the item was confirmed faulty.
