🕒 Processing & Dispatch Time
All ready-to-ship items are prepared and dispatched within 48 hours (2 working days).
Personalised and custom items are also normally dispatched within 48 hours (2 working days).
During busy periods or high order volume, additional production time may be required for personalised items.
If this happens, we will contact you to inform you and provide an updated timescale before dispatch.
Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding UK public holidays).
Processing time refers to the time required to prepare your order before shipping or collection.
🛍️ Seasonal In-Store Collection — Fantasy Island (Pickup)
During our seasonal operating period at Fantasy Island (March–November), in-store collection is available for all orders.
Pickup is available:

for all products in the store, and
-
only after you receive a “Ready for collection” email
Please do not travel to collect your order before confirmation, as some items may still be in production.
When collecting your order, you may be asked to provide:

your order number
-
the name used at checkout
Outside the seasonal period (November–March), in-store collection is not available and all orders are shipped.
🚚 Shipping Method
Orders are shipped using:
Royal Mail Tracked Parcel Service
Estimated delivery time:
✔ 2–3 working days after dispatch (Royal Mail guidance)
Delivery time is separate from processing time.
📦 Shipping Area
We currently ship orders within the United Kingdom only.
International shipping is not available at this time.
📍 Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout.
We are not responsible for:

delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address details

parcels delivered to an address entered incorrectly by the customer
If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, redelivery costs may apply.
⏳ Delays in Transit
Once a parcel has been handed to Royal Mail, delivery time is outside our control.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:

courier or postal network issues
-
weather disruption
-
seasonal volume or backlogs
-
strikes
A parcel is only considered lost after Royal Mail has completed their investigation.
Where applicable, a replacement or refund may be offered in line with our Return & Refund Policy.
🟡 Missed Delivery / Uncollected Parcels
If delivery is missed and the parcel is not collected or rearranged in time:

Royal Mail may return it to us

redelivery costs may apply
Shipping fees are non-refundable for uncollected parcels.
⚠️ Damaged Parcels — 48h Report Requirement
All items are inspected before dispatch and securely packaged.
If your parcel arrives damaged or the item appears faulty, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery at:

photos of the packaging and shipping label
Claims made after 48 hours will be treated as damage occurring after delivery and will not be eligible for refund, replacement or compensation.
Do not return items without prior approval and a confirmed return address.
🔁 Returns & Exchanges
Returns are accepted only in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
Custom, personalised and made-to-order items are non-returnable unless confirmed as damaged on delivery.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.
